The Pension Tracing Service (part of the Pension Service) can help you trace a pension even if you’re not sure of the contact details. It has information on over 200,000 workplace and personal pension schemes. The Pension Tracing Service uses its database to search for your scheme. The service is free.

The Pension Tracing Service may be able to provide you with contact details for a pension scheme. You will need to contact the pension provider to find out whether you have any pension entitlement.
