You can get access to your payslip online by logging into My Pension Tracker. Payslips are published under the My Documents section.

Payments


Members are paid on the 28th day of the month.

If a payment date falls on a bank holiday or weekend, then it will be paid on the last working day immediately prior to the payment date.

Increases


Pensions are increased annually, effective 1st April.

Tax Office (UK payrolls only)


If you have any questions about your tax code you will need to contact HM Revenue & Custom directly, as they are the only people who can update your tax code or explain how it has been calculated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Payslips are not issued every month. Because pension payments rarely change, the Fund only sends a paper payslip if your net pay changes by more or less than one per cent from the previous month. You can also print a copy of your payslip online.
All members are given access to their payslips and P60s online. Follow this link to login to your pay.
Yes. You can request a paper payslip for any particular month by contacting Isio. You will need to do this every time you want a copy of your payslip as they will not be issued automatically.  You can also print a copy of your payslip online.
If you have any questions about your tax code, you will need to contact HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) directly. Only HMRC can change or explain your tax code, so you need to contact them to resolve any potential problems with it.
No. Your tax affairs are personal and confidential. HMRC will not speak to anyone but you about your tax. You will need to contact HMRC yourself to discuss any issues relating to your tax code.
Yes. Please contact Isio to request new login details. For security reasons this information cannot be confirmed over the telephone so we will email or write to you when your account has been reset.
