Corporate Trustee

Cable and Wireless Pension Trustee Limited is a “Corporate Trustee”. The Directors of the Trustee company have the same responsibilities as an individual trustee in relation to the Fund.

If you need to get information about your pension, update your personal details or request further information about the Fund, you should contact Isio, which is the Fund’s administrator.

You may, however, write to the Trustee Directors directly if you wish to make a representation about a ruling. You must do this by writing to the Trustee care of the Secretary to the Trustee.

If you want to make a complaint, you must follow the Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure – you can find these details, along with copies of the rules, in the documents section of the website.
